Our Phone Hours from 1st June 2008 are:

Monday to Friday 9am to 12.30pm, answerphone is available 24/7 (except when office closed).

We have analysed that approx. 95% of calls are received during this period and this will allow

us to focus on resolving any problems and allocate housekeepers outside of these hours

We try our best to answer all calls immediately, however if you go to answerphone

during phone hours it simply means that we are dealing with other enquiries.

The office will be closed for the following days between 1 June and 30 November 2008:

Friday 22nd August (Essential Computer Maintenance)

Monday 25th August (Summer Bank Holiday)

Monday 29th September to Friday 3rd October (Staff Holiday)

The current minimum hourly rate to housekeepers is £6.50 (last changed in March 2006).

The current standard Total hourly rate is £9.25 per hour, which includes the management fee.

These rates will be reviewed in early 2009

Our Loyalty Scheme means that we promise never to increase your management fee rate ever !

The management fee part on signing up will always remain at that rate.

If you are happy with our realistically priced service, why not tell others.

We currently have approximately 120 housekeepers working with us in the Cambridge area

and 99% of the time are able to offer our services to new clients.

It was again difficult to decide on the winners, but we did and the housekeepers that received

Did you know it takes our housekeepers approximately 6 minutes to iron a shirt ?

So in only ½ hour you could have enough shirts ironed for the week.

Why not have your housekeeper help  -  Call us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
